As Operations Director for Manchester City Football Club, Steve Sayer is responsible for delivering match days and all other major events at the City of Manchester Stadium (pictured).
Much has been documented in recent times over the Abu Dhabi based ownership profile of the Club and its impact on the football operation. Much less has been documented about Manchester City's approach to ensuring that supporters attending matches and following digitally enjoy a premium experience with the Club they actively support.
